On March 25 and 26, thousands of inspiring changemakers, activists, UN and government representatives, private sector leaders, artists, creators and individuals will take the opportunity to share their vision on how we can #TurnItAround for people and planet.
Workshops, Exhibitions, Creative Content
Our two-day program will be held in a dynamic virtual space with six different stages featuring plenary sessions, lightning talks, performances, exhibitions, and interactive workshops. Check the whole agenda: https://globalfestivalofaction.org/program/
- The 28 interactive workshops and hands-on sessions will provide space for participants to interact with and learn from expertise from across the SDG Action community. Together, this is the opportunity to dive into new approaches, models and methods for accelerating impact and mobilizing communities. Pre-registration for active participation is required!
- The virtual experiences and exhibition space will showcase immersive films, photo galleries and multimedia exhibits transforming the way we look and experience this turning point moment and call to action on the SDGs.
- Throughout the event we will showcase films and video art pieces from artists, creators and organisations from all sectors and regions using creativity to #TurnItAround for people and planet.
The Festival will provoke debate and drive action around four cross cutting themes highlighting ideas, approaches and solutions, for climate action, poverty & inequality, gender equality, and inclusive systems and finance. We must make 2021 a turning point for people and planet!
